“I called them late at night and Cheryl answered and had such a warm and friendly demeanor over the phone. She gave me a quote that was a great price. When I called back to set the tow up, she gave me a time frame of when Ken would arrive. When the time window came and he wasn't there, he called us to let us know his ETA and was very communicative with us until he show up! If I need to, I would definitely call thiem again. They came out fast and at a great price AND very professional. Great!”

“This was honestly the best tow company I'd ever had to contact. The fee was reasonably priced, and they were able to take my vehicle into the shop with me as well as bring me home. They are such nice people. They are 24 hours as well. If you are stuck on the side of the road somewhere and your phone works and it has data, Google this place up, I highly recommend!”

“Called these guys on a Saturday. They took good care of my car. It took them an hour to pick up the car. Price was competitive. I know this because I got quotes from several other tow companies before choosing these guys . All towing is expensive, serves me right for not keeping my AAA membership up. I chose this one mainly because they could do it in an hour as opposed to 90 minutes or more for all the others. Also, the dispatcher was easier to talk to. The tow truck driver was friendly and clean. The truck was clearly marked and professional looking. No one wants to meet up with some creepy looking tow truck driver with a sketchy looking truck late at night, although my case was during the day. I plan on saving this number for future reference. Wish I could have tipped the driver, he dropped the car at the dealership and disappeared while I was checking the car in. Oops, well good review anyway.”

“Fast, friendly and priced reasonably. I had my truck towed today. It was filled with groceries, as I was on my way home from the store when my truck stopped working. After calling for the tow the owner showed up within 10 minutes. He took my truck to a shop near my house and even offered to help me load up my groceries in his truck and take me home. He's a super nice guy. I would definitely recommend KC Towing.”
